6/1/12 Signing up for Pickup Times

6/1  Hi everyone!!!  It is time to sign up for pickup times for puppies on Sunday June 17th.  Please email me or call with your two preferred times.  We will plan on an hour for each pickup.  Pickup starts at 10am and ends at 3pm.  I suggest for pickup that you bring a small carful of people!  Don't overwhelm the puppy on the way home.  Remember all of this is new to the puppy and takes time to get used to.  He/She will also be missing the puppy pack.  This will be their first big eventure without the pack.  Bring a medium sized crate in the car to place the puppy for the ride.  They will be more comfortable and so will you - trust me on this!!!!

5/28 - Stairs the Newest Challenge

5/28 - The puppies are now learning to conquer the staircase!  They have climbed one whole step and tried for number 2.  It won't be long before they are doing the whole staircase!  A key to the Week 5 photos is: photo#1 - Black, #2 - Lt. Green, #3 - Pink being goofy, #4 - Lt Blue, #5 - Purple, #6 - Dk Green, #7 - Red, and #8 - Navy.  Hope this helps.  We will try to do better next week.

Don't forget to start writing your essays about the perfect day with your dog/puppy and about what characteristics you prefer in your puppy.  This is to help me decide which dog goes where.  So be as detailed as you want.  I need these to arrive by June 11.  Feel free to email them or regular mail them.

5/27 5 Week Old Mini-Pups

5/27 Mini puppies run amock!  They are all so darn cute and cuddly.  Check out the above photo- talk about some baby teeth and just think this is only 5 weeks old!!!!  He was just saying "CHEESE."  The other puppy just let out a wild howl while were taking photos.  Learning young!  We had a quiet week with a couple visitors today.  We got to meet a couple soon to be puppy owners from far away.  It was wonderful to finally meet everyone.  The puppies had their first bath - so did we!!!!  We wanted to let the puppies enjoy the outside but it was too hot and humid.  So we spent the day in the kitchen/dining room chewing on Mommy's new dining room furniture!  They are wearing their big puppy collars and smelling clean and puppy-like.  A perfect day for all.
